You have the right to cancel your order before it has been shipped. To cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. Once your cancellation request is confirmed, we will process a full refund to your original payment method. Please note that if your order has already been processed for shipping, cancellation may no longer be possible, and you will need to follow our standard return procedure after receiving the item.
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as you received it, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the original receipt or proof of purchase. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items returned without an RMA number may not be processed.
Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7-14 business days. The exact processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.
Please note that we can only refund the original purchase price of the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. Sale items are only eligible for store credit unless otherwise specified.

If you still have not received your refund after this period, please contact us with your order details, including the date of purchase, order number, and payment method used.
